2. Order Fulfillment & Backorders
All orders are processed on a “first come, first serve” basis. Fulfillment begins only once payment is cleared and visible in our account. In cases of high demand, if a product is unavailable, your order will automatically be placed on Backorder and shipped as soon as inventory is replenished.

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that their order (products, quantities, and shipping address) is placed correctly. Once an order is processed, modifications may not be possible.

All transactions are processed securely through Helcim. We do not store your credit card information. By purchasing, you authorize the total charge including taxes and shipping.

5. All Sales are Final & Restocking Fee
All sales are final. Returns are generally not accepted. In the exceptional case that Hidroklear LLC authorizes a return in writing, a 20% Restocking Fee will be applied. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

To initiate any warranty claim or performance inquiry, the customer must provide:

- Full Water Analysis: Accurate levels of Free Chlorine, pH, Total Alkalinity, Calcium Hardness, and Cyanuric Acid (CYA).
- Physical Water Samples: Two separate samples sent to our facility (one from the tap/fill source and one from the pool).
- Case Summary: A detailed report of the intended goal versus the actual result.
- Visual Proof: “Before” and “After” photos of the water/pool condition.

All content, including text, graphics, and logos (Phosgone 10,000, Bio Enzyme Pro, etc.), is the property of Hidroklear LLC.

Hidroklear LLC is not liable for damages resulting from improper chemical handling, inaccurate water testing by the customer, or unauthorized modifications to aquatic systems.
