Overview
At Hidroklear LLC, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase of our water filtration and purification products. Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons, including:

Consumables such as filter cartridges after the seal is broken

Completing Your Return

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email about whether your refund is approved or denied.

Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items
Only regular-priced products are eligible for refunds. Sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges

Gifts
If the product was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once we receive the item.
